WHERE SHOULD I PARK AT INDIGO? 

There is a small, free parking garage located under the salon to use while you are at Indigo. The garage is first come first serve. If the garage is full there are lots of street parking options, as well as two paid parking lots located between the salon and the lake. Both of the public parking lots nearby and the street parking all have the option to use park mobile for payment.

 

 

 

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We except, local checks, Visa, Mastercard and cash to pay for services and retail purchases.  If you choose to leave a gratuity that must be done by cash, check or venmo and cannot be left on a credit card.

 

 

 

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

We ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice for all cancellations. If less than 24 hours notice is given deposits will not be refunded.

 

 

 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We accept returns for retail products up to seven days after they are purchased if they are unopened.

 

 

 

SHOULD I WASH MY HAIR BEFORE MY APPOINTMENT?

For most color services and for formal styles we recommend that you come with clean(washed that day or the day before) dry hair.  All haircuts include a shampoo and blowdry so it doesn’t matter how your hair is when you arrive.
